Shibashi (pronounced Shi-ba-sha) translates to mean eighteen forms or movements. Created in 1979 by the Professor Lin Housheng, the former director of the Shanghai Qigong Research Institute it is one of the most well known contemporary forms of Qigong.
Shibashi Qigong is easy to learn, comprising a gentle and fluid set of movements that are very enjoyable to practice. The soft, flowing motions allow for expansion and release, encouraging flexibility and suppleness.
This online course contains video tutorials, individual form videos, form notes and video full form practices, and includes one (1) online personal session with Nicole Lee via Zoom for practice and refinement.
